We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and returned with proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery.
End of Season Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

How to Return

Log in to your account and locate your order

Select Request Return, choose the item(s) and a return reason

Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days

Once approved, repack securely and attach the return label sent to your email

Drop off at the designated carrier — tracking updates will be sent to your email
Common Questions
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the size or style you need.
I used a promotional code — what happens to my refund?
Refunds reflect the discounted amount paid. Promotional codes are single-use and cannot be reinstated.
I can't select an item in the return portal
The item may be excluded from returns or the return window may have expired. Contact us if you think this is an error.
I lost my return label
Check your return confirmation email — the label can be downloaded again from there.
Holiday extended returns
Orders placed between 1–23 December have an extended return period until 23 January.
My item has a manufacturing defect
Contact us directly — we stand behind our quality and will find a solution. This does not cover normal wear, improper care, or accidental damage.
